Jesus Is Lord Church Bustos started last 1960/1970 at Poblacion,Bustos Bulacan. [In front of Holy Child Academy.] Then a whole hearted servants of the Lord gave an oppotunity to use their house/land for the Sunday Service. It was at Tanawan, Bustos, Bulacan last 1990. Then when Lopez family sold their lot at San Pedro, Bustos Bulacan, JIL Bustos take the oppurtunity to buy it. They think it is impossible because it costs a high price, but they almost decided that they will buy the land for 2,000.50 per square meter. The church building take years before it was finished. And by the grace of the Lord, it was almost done.
Rev. Nancy C. Teodoro was the church's pastor for almost a decade.
It have clusters now. 2 clusters are now open. JIL Liciada as cluster 2 and JIL Bunga Mayor as cluster 1. Also had a music ministry who will lead the congregation to worship the Lord. VIA; Truine, Elyondoulos, Acts & Movenerate; Jesus Army of Musicians; Creative Arts Network are the stems of the Music Ministry. There are also groups where ages are the base. For ages 4-12 years old, Children Ministry is their Ministry. For 13-22 years old, KKB [Kristyanong Kabataan para sa Bayan is their group/ministry. For those who do not have children or for 23 years old above, YAM [Young Adult Ministry] is their Ministry. For those who have their family and they are girls, Women is their group, and for boys Men.
